Celebration of Life for Wing Lee Cheong

FINAL CARTOON - EVEN IN DEATH HE CAN MAKE YOU LAUGH.....

Our father/husband was never one to dwell on the past and focus on the negative.  He always chose to look at every situation in a positive light and enjoy life.

There were inquires about the viewing/service; however, our family held a private cremation and will receive his ashes on Friday. Like our father/husband, we have decided to have a party instead.  We know he would have loved for everyone he cared about to join us in celebrating life. Not just his life but life.

There is no better way to enjoy life and share each other's company than "breaking bread", and the favorite way our father/husband enjoyed a meal was dim sum.

Please join us in a celebration of life.  We will need to confirm the number of people by JULY 7TH, 2013 - Please RSVP HERE

DATE/TIME - JULY 20TH 2013 - 2:30PM TO 5PM2:30PM - 5:00PM

In lieu of flowers, we would like to highlight and help raise funds for the various people and organizations that helped our family and our father/husband over the last few years.  Our family cannot stress how amazing these people were when taking care of our family.  Our deepest and sincerest thank you.

Celebration of a Great Man

It is with great sadness in our hearts that the Cheong family has to bear the news that our Father/Husband passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2013.

As many of you know, he has been battling hard since January and things were looking positive; unfortunately, due to multiple health conditions, things took a turn for the worse.

He was proud, strong, courageous, intelligent as well as being extremely funny. He was a great husband and father and we will miss him more than words can say.

As per his great outlook on life, we would like everyone to celebrate his positive outlook and humorous disposition and remember him as the great man he was.

Thank you all for your kind wishes and thoughts.

The family will be holding a private funeral (as Wing would not have wanted people sitting around feeling sad for him. Although his ultimate prank would be to jump up and say "boo")

In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to VGH (especially the Cardiac Care Unit) for all their hard work, dedication and emotional support during these past 6 months.
